At The Merri Artist, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your return back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
