Saunders Waterford watercolor paper is manufactured in England of 100% cotton.  It is externally and internally sized with a gelatin sizing. Sheets are deckled on all 4 sides.  Sheets bear the Saunders Waterford watermark. Saunders Waterford watercolor paper has been manufactured since the 1700s at St. Cuthberts Mill in England and is approved by the Royal Watercolour Society of Britain.
