This pivot and push style bevel cutter creates bevel cutting openings in standard thickness mat board. It features a 32" capacity baseboard and a hinging guide rail with two production stops to minimize mistakes. It also has a 90° squaring bar to hold mats square and a removable 20" scaled measuring bar for quick and accurate downsizing.  Includes five extra #270 blades
